Submission of this form does not constitute a purchase agreement, sales contract, partnership, or guarantee of product availability.

Where applicable, WAHALAL® COMPANY may assist in coordinating export documentation, including:
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Certificate of Origin
- Phytosanitary Certificate
- Veterinary Health Certificate
- Halal Certificate
- Certificate of Analysis (where applicable)
- Other documents required by the importing country
The availability of documentation depends on the product, supplier, and destination country requirements.
WAHALAL® COMPANY respects the confidentiality of all business information submitted through this form.
Client information will be used solely for legitimate business purposes, including:
